Weekend Immersion: Hand Balancing

About this Immersion

Join Fleeky in in-depth Intermediate Handstand Workshop. During this time we will find out where you are with your inversions, what your goals are for your practice, and how you can go push your handstands to the next level. You will come out of this workshop with new tools for training, and hopefully a new perspective on handstands, too. This workshop will partner with the “Creative Hand Balancing” workshop scheduled for January, which will address creative and performative aspects of the hand balancing form.
