WHAT’S INCLUDED

Play under the guidance of expert, caring, fun coaches in our custom-built trapezium featuring 40’ ceilings for high flying fun, an extra deep foam pit for daring souls, in-ground trampoline for adventurous spirits and selected high-flying, balancing, and juggling circus toys for the playful good time every soul craves.

A Birthday Party at NECCA includes:

Professional circus instructor/s
Group warm-up (includes an obstacle course with the foam pit)
Choice of activities (limit two per hour)
Group closing activity

YOUTH BIRTHDAY PARTIES

INSTRUCTION PRICING

The base party price is $175 for up to six participants for an hour of circus instruction, adding $25 per hour for each additional student (maximum of 10 students). For larger groups or parties longer than one hour, our party planner is available to help you. Email info@centerforcircusarts.org for more info.

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

PARTY PREP!

Before the Event

All participants should be age 1.5 and up at the time of the event.

During the Party

Ages 1.5 – 2:
One parent/guardian is required to accompany students during instructional time

Ages 3 – 5:
One adult per student is permitted to be in the space during instructional time. We ask that you please respect the instructions given by coaches and staff.

Ages 5 and Up:
Two adults (and siblings) of the birthday person are permitted to be in the space during instructional time. Parents/guardians of participants may observe from designated area(s).

Pick up:
Participants will be escorted by a NECCA Coach to the lobby to meet their parents/guardians. We ask that you do not linger inside of the building as our lobby has limited space and is used by multiple programs throughout the day.

Cake & Present Time

We have indoor and outdoor cake and present-opening areas available for Birthday Party use, after instruction time.

Each half hour to reserve this space in addition to the base instruction price is $50.

WHAT WE OFFER

Circus Experiences

A circus experience includes the following: adult birthday parties, staff holiday parties, wedding parties, friend’s weekend, etc…

1-hour party : $200 for up to 6 people. Additional people: $30 per person.

Staff Team Building

This experience builds trust, fosters communication, creates new connections.

One hour Team Building Workshop: $300 for 10 people; additional $100 for every additional 5 people
Two hour Team Building Workshop: $500 for 10 people; additional $150 for every additional 5 people
Three hour Team Building Retreat: $750 for 10 people; additional $200 for every additional 5 people
