Aerial Rope Immersion
With Rachel Rees
Dynamics and C-Shaping are the building blocks of advanced technique on aerial rope. Learn new beat pathways and strengthen your basics as we work towards semi and full release moves including J flip variations, pirouettes, and more! Discover how to roll up and down the rope with as many C-shaping drills as we can fit into your brain. And to round it all off, we’ll help you build strength and a more nuanced understanding of your body in the air by conditioning for rope-specific strength. With 40 foot ceilings and a foam pit, what better way to take the next step on your rope journey?
